The extension does not send the full page URL, page content, page titles, search queries, or information You enter on web sites. We do not log or retain Your IP address in connection with these requests.

The extension may cache source information locally on Your device to improve performance and reduce requests to Perspectify.

Data collected through the extension is used only to provide and maintain its functionality and is not sold or used for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use: Our use of information received from Google Chrome APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

3. Use of Data

We use collected data for purposes including but not limited to:

Newsmatics Limited, Ireland — responsible for local marketing, sales, invoicing, payment collection, and compliance with applicable Irish tax and legal obligations.

This joint controllership applies only to processing activities where both entities jointly determine the purposes and means of processing. You may exercise Your data protection rights described in Section 8 of this Privacy Policy with either entity, and the relevant companies will coordinate as necessary to ensure that Your request is handled in accordance with GDPR requirements.

Where Personal Data is transferred from Ireland or the European Economic Area to the United States, such transfers are carried out using European Commission–approved Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary safeguards where required by applicable law.
